According to UL467 standard, our copper bonded ground rods adopt special electroforming technology to apply 99.9% pure copper uniformly to distribute on low carton steel core so as to make copper and steel core to combine perfectly (if two metals are not combined closely, when power on it will cause battery reaction that metal iron from positive end will have oxidization reaction and iron ion will be lost and steel core will be corroded quickly). Our company has applied for UL certificate and anticipates getting it in March this year, therefore we can make
thread in line according to standard. So the copper layer will not be damaged and have well-proportioned and firm. Thread can be processed after galvanized.

It has characteristics as below:
1) Thickness of the copper layer is more than 0.254mm
2) Our ground rods can be bended through a 30 or 90 or 135 degrees angle, and the rods will be no evidence of cracking or splitting of the steel or the copper cladding
3) The advantages are good tensile strength more than 580N/mm2
4) Good in anticorrosion that usage-life is more than 50 years or more, constant low resistance and good plasticity which had the characteristics of copper as well as steel

We can supply you three shapes as:
1) Ground rod can be made double heads thread, thread can be packed by plastic sheath
2) One end is pointed and the other end is threaded for extend
3) One end is pointed and the other end is un-threaded
